1.Working closely with manufacturing team to manufacture products according to sales order,to ensure the products OTD.
2.Control and reduce the scrap in production process.
3.Improve production efficiency to ensure met our target.
4.Manage and develop the production team.
5.Strickly implement process and quality standard to ensure the quality in the production process.
6.Supervise the safe production of direct labor and responsible for the safe production.
7.Complete other task assigned by production manager on time.

能力要求：
1. 5+ years of working experience in manufacturing management area.
2.Strong pressure resistance.
3.Quick decisions.
4.Good team spirit,cross-fuctional coordination and communication skill.
5.Good English both in oral and writing.
