Responsibilities as below:
85 To be responsible to setup and manage the team for the exhaust after treatment system integration and product development

85 To ensure the ATS system/product development according to customer requirements and on time, including system/Sub system BOM,3D models,2D drawings creating/releasing and management
85 确保按时完成满足客户要求的后处理系统/产品开发，包括系统/子系统 BOM, 3D模型，2D图纸制作/发布以及管理
85 To Build and maintain a good relationship with customers.
85 建立和维护和客户的良好关系。
85 To support with Purchasing department the supplier development and technical management to ensure suppliers’ high quality and on time products delivery
85 和采购部门一起支持供应商开发以及技术管理，确保供应商优质、准时的产品交付
85 To manage the product portfolio creation, to implement the “modules” ideas to enhance compatibility for similar programs
85 管理产品库,通过模块化设计思路，提高相近项目的产品互换性
85 To ensure the process definition and management, ensure flawless plants’ communication.
85 确保产品工艺定义和管理，协调工厂对接的通畅
85 To manage DVP&R activities and product design review, to ensure good product quality and program on-time delivery.
85 管理并跟踪产品开发DVP&R 和 产品设计评审，以确保,产品质量以及项目的准时交付
85 To ensure problem solving activities achievement during program developing
85 确保项目开发中的问题解决工作顺利完成
85 To manage Sub-system/product team activities

As below skills are mandatory:
85 Strong Team management experience
85 丰富的团队管理经验
85 Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's degree or above
85 本科及以上学历
85 5 Years and more experience as product engineer/designer in CV industry
85 5年及以上商用车产品开发/设计经验
85 Be familiar with 3D software operation, at least one of CATIA/Creo/UG (CATIA V5 is preferred)
85 熟悉掌握三维软件操作，至少能够熟练使用CATIA,Creo, UG中的一种，优先CATIA V5
85 Be familiar with knowledge of geometric dimension & tolerance( GD&T) and stack-up analysis
85 熟练掌握形位公差及尺寸链计算相关知识
85 Be familiar with knowledge of design for Manufacturing (DFM)
85 熟悉可制造设计知识
85 Be familiar with DFMEA and DVP&R process
85 熟悉DFMEA、DVP&R流程
85 Be familiar with plastic and metal product and sub-system development
85 熟悉塑料件及金属件及总成件开发

As below Experience/Skills are plus:
85 Experience of FEA/CFD analysis is preferred
85 熟悉FEA、CFD分析知识优先
85 Experience in problem solving tools (such as 8D, fishbone etc.)
85 熟悉问题解决工具优先（例如8D、鱼骨图等）
85 Good English Skills in both “written and oral”.
85 熟练的英语书写及口语能力
85 Flexible mobility is plus.
