- 确保符合当地相关的法律法规；恩骅力安全健康环保及安保要求、营运要求；ISO9001, ISO16949, ISO14001要求；RoHS, REACH, GMP，AEO以及相关的客户要求。
Implement the relevant requirements related on Envalior SHE&Security, Manufacturing, Quality, GMP, RoHS/REACH, ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements, AEO and relevant local laws and regulations.
- 识别安全健康环保相关的法律法规并进行合规性评估
Identify relevant SHE Legislation and do the compliance evaluation.
- 根据恩骅力安全健康环保要求，安全救生条例，工艺安全标准以及相关的法律法规编写并落实安全健康环保程序
Develop and implement local SHE procedures according to Envalior SHE requirements, Life Saving Rules Standards, Process Safety Standards, and relevant legislations.
- 参与安全健康环保和工艺安全风险评估
Participant in SHE and process safety risk assessment.
- 在工厂内体现领导力提高安全意识和安全行为，组织场地基本的行为安全活动
Show leadership to promote safety awareness, and safe behaviour in the site. Organize site basic behaviour safety activities.
- 对员工和承包进行安全健康环保和安保相关的指导和培训
Provide coaching and training in SHE and security to site employees and contractors.
- 领导场地安全工作委员会，提高安全意识，提升车间安全知识水平
Lead site safety working committee to improve the safety awareness and develop SHE knowledge of shopfloor.
- 进行常规的安全健康环保检查以确保程序和沟通的有效性
Do routine SHE inspection to ensure effectiveness of procedures and communicates.
- 监测和分析安全健康环保数据以达到关键业绩指标
Monitor and analyse data on SHE performance to reach KPIs.
- 参与事故调查以及事故趋势分析。
Participate in the incident investigation and do the incident trend analysis.
- 协调落实公司和业务集团活动，例如从事故中学习，SHE事故沟通和生命安全活动。
Coordinate the implementation of Corporate and BG activities, such as learning from incident, SHE flyer communication and Living Safety campaign.
- 与政府官员和第三方公司进行接洽和沟通
Interact with government officials and other third parties.
- 全力支持和参与恩骅力一体化持续改善活动
Fully support and involve in DICI program.

And following safety responsibility:
- 组织或者参与拟订本单位安全生产规章制度、操作规程和生产安全事故应急救援预案；
Organize or participate in the formulation of safety production rules and regulations, operating procedures and emergency rescue plans for production safety accidents;
- 组织或者参与本单位安全生产教育和培训，如实记录安全生产教育和培训情况；
Organize or participate in the work safety education and training, and truthfully record the work safety education and training status;
- 组织或者参与本单位应急救援演练；
Organize or participate in emergency rescue drills;
- 检查本单位的安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议；
-Inspect the production safety status, investigate hidden dangers of production safety accidents in a timely manner, and put forward suggestions for improving safety production management;
- 制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为；
Stop and correct behaviours that violate regulations, compel employees to work at risk, and violate operating regulations;
- 督促落实本单位安全生产整改措施；
Supervise and urge the implementation of the unit's safety production rectification measures;
- 协助贯彻执行国家、地方政府有关安全的方针、政策、法律、法规和公司的安全管理制度及规定，及时转发上级有关部门的安全文件、资料；根据安全管理需要及时印发安全管理文件。
Assist in the implementation of national and local government safety guidelines, policies, laws, regulations, and company safety management systems and regulations, and timely forward the safety documents and materials of relevant higher-level departments; timely issue safety management documents according to safety management needs.
- 组织检查落实节假日值班制度。
Organize inspections and implement the duty system on holidays.
- 负责对外来参观学习及办事人员进行安全培训。
Responsible for safety training for visitors and staffs.
- 负责协助安全事故的调查分析处理和统计、上报工作。
教育背景要求Knowledge and educational level
1. 化工学士学位，注册安全工程师优先
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Certified Safety Engineer is preferred
2. 有能力在多文化和国际化的环境中工作
Ability to work in multicultural and international environment
3. 安全健康环保的相关知识和法律法规知识
Knowledge of laws, regulations and standards on SHE
4. 良好的内外部沟通技能
Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholder
5. 良好的英文和中文口语和读写能力
Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
经验要求Required level of experiences
至少三年化工企业安全健康环保或者生产运营岗位的经验
At least 3 years of experience in SHE or operations management position in chemical industry.
