SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS 岗位职责 · Manage supplier relationships. Develop Suppliers that meet cost, payment terms, quality and delivery requirements to become and remain approved suppliers for the Group/company 供应商关系管理。从成本、付款条款、质量和交货期等综合考虑，开发供应商及维护现有供应商。 · Assist in resolving non-conformance quality issues and support the Quality department in performing on-site supplier quality audits 协助解决质量问题，并和质量部一起进行现场质量审核。 · Support other functions and colleagues from Group in key supplier visits to evaluate suppliers’technologies and capabilities 协助集团其他职能部门同事评估供应商的技术能力和产能等。 · Implement accurate standard costs and execute on cost savings opportunities. Participate in cross-functional and cross organizational sourcing and capital projects as required. Identify opportunities in overall cost reduction, to include price, faster responsiveness and increase buying bargaining power 执行标准成本及降本的机会，参与跨部门跨组织的采购和项目。 · Support new product development projects in achieving revenue and profitable growth objectives 协助新产品开发项目，来达到销售和利润的目标。 · Works with the local purchasing team and Group strategic procurement team to find new potential materials or new potential suppliers for critical materials. 与本地采购团队及集团战略采购协同寻找新的材料和潜在供应商。 BASIC REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRED SKILLS岗位要求 · Bachelor’s degree at least, major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. 本科以上学历，电气工程或者机械工程相关专业。 · Above 3 years of industrial purchasing/sourcingexperience 3年以上制造业战略采购经验 · Excellent command (read and written) of English 良好的英语水平（读和写） · Previous working experience from the metal processing/working industry(not necessarily within the field of Supply Management). Mechanical quality experience is regarded as a plus. Sourcing background and multinational company experience is preferred 金属加工/制造经验，机械行业质量经验更佳，战略采购和国际性公司经验。 · Skills in reading, analyzing and interpreting common technical journals and drawings, financial reports and legal documents 能读懂、分析并解释技术图纸、财务报告及法律文件。 · Willingness to travel on a regular basis and flexible in terms of working hours 愿意出差及较灵活的工作时间。 · Open-minded and enthusiastic team player 坦率、热情和团队精神。 · High intercultural and communications skills 较高的跨文化沟通技能。
