Job description: Responsible for after-sales technical support for our machines. Requires high efficiency communication, can help customer solve problems during the use of our machines and improve customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities: - Responsible for giving foregin customers professional technical support of our machines, answering customer questions, and providing corresponding technical suggestions and solutions. - Editing after-sales technical support documents, take record of machine maintenance and providing technical dcos to customer, make sure that our machine is effectively maintained. - When customers' machines face problems, doing fault diagnosis, provide professional solutions until machine runs well again. - Keep communication with customers, meet customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job requirements: - Good at English reading, writing and speaking; - Bachelor degree or above, major in electromechanical or other related majors, with good electromechanical knowledge and skills; - Able to use Autocad and various office software, and have a driver's license; - Familiar with the structural principles, working principles and maintenance methods of various mechanical equipment, and able to quickly locate and solve problems; - Can adapt to foreign business trips, about 1 to 2 months per year - Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to work together with customer well, service customer well.
