岗位职责(Job description)：
61 Preparation, review and release machining process related IC and procedure.
61 Identification, design, procurement, and implementation of machining equipment and/or fixture needs.
61 Trouble shooting of machining problem.
61 Good communication and coordination skills, able to coordinate with other departments and work effectively as a team.
61 Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
61 Lead or coordinate the machining related project.
61 Continuous improvement project on machining process.
61 Diversity and inclusion are must.


经验要求(Experience Requirements)：
61 Require bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university or a certificate in CNC programming from a technical college.
61 Require at least 3 years working period as a CNC programmer or manufacturing based mechanical engineer or machining project management background.
61 Requires natural aptitude for science and mathematics
61 Require good written and oral communication skills for dealing with clients, supervisors and other engineers with English.
61 Require rich Project management experience, PMP certification will be a plus
61 Require Auto CAD/CAM 3D software competence, CATIA /CAM skill will be a plus
61 Require CNC machining experience and knowledge.
61 Experience of machining related fixture design and cutter selection will be a plus.
61 Screw rotor compressor and centrifugal compressor knowledge background will be a plus.
61 Knowledge of machining controller (Siemens, FANUC) will be a plus.
