1. Continuously improve current machine control system for better quality control and higher efficiency based on the inputs from production, quality, maintenance and process engineering; 基于生产、质量、维修和工艺的反馈持续不断地改善现有设备的控制系统,从而实现更好的过程质量控制和更高的生产效率; 2. Design the control system modification solutions to the machines which need to be modified for more functions or better performances, and its implementation and realization; 为那些需要扩展功能或者改善性能的设备设计控制系统改造方案,并付诸实现; 3. Support the cost estimation, automation solution review and acceptance of the electrical part of the outsourced production machines; 支持外购生产设备电气部分的成本估算、自动化方案评审和验收; 4. Design and commission the automation system for the machines which are designed, assembled and commissioned by ITT itself; (HW & SW) 负责设计和调试由ITT自行设计装配的设备的自动化系统;(包含电气线路和程序) 5. Create the universal technical requirements for the machine control system as a company standard and continuously maintain and update it accordingly; 负责创建设备电气部分的通用技术要求以作为公司的内部标准,并持续地维护和更新这个标准; 6. Collect, check and collate the new machine control system related drawings, programs and other technical documents, and transfer these documents to our maintenance team for archiving; 收集、检查和整理好新设备电控系统相关的图纸、程序以及其他技术资料,并将这些技术资料转移给维修部门存档; 7. Provide support to maintenance team for machine fault diagnostic when it is necessary; 必要时给维修团队提供设备的故障诊断和分析方面的技术支持; 8. Qualifications/Requirements: 资质/要求: 1. University degree or above, major in electrical automation; 本科以上学历,电气,自动化专业; 2. Be able to design the whole electrical control system of a machine alone, which includes the circuit diagrams, choosing components and system calculation; 能够独立设计一个设备的电控系统,包含控制线路图、电控系统元件的选择和整个系统的计算; 3. Proficient in the development of various PLC and HMI programs and their application interfaces, and have the practical experience of successfully completing the development of complex equipment systems independently. (Contains at least Siemens, Mitsubishi and Omron brand PLCs) 熟练掌握各类PLC和HMI的程序及其应用界面的开发,并有成功独立完成复杂设备系统开发的实战经验。(至少包含西门子、三菱和欧姆龙品牌PLC) 4. Proficient in the integrated application of various automatic sensing and execution devices, and have rich practical experience and problem-solving ability; (Various sensors, electric servo systems, hydraulic servo systems, etc.) 熟练掌握各类自动化感知和执行器件的集成应用,并拥有丰富的实战经验和解决问题的能力;(各类传感器、电驱伺服系统和液压伺服系统等) 5. Good experience and knowledge of the application of Fanuc robots, be capable of operating and programing of the robots for loading and unloading applications integrated with machine vision system; 拥有丰富的Fanuc工业机器人的应用知识和经验,能够独立的操作机器人和给机器人编程,应用于与机器视觉系统集成的自动上下料; 6. Have at least one advanced computer language programing ability, and have practical experience in industrial applications: (C++, Python, Java or LabView) 至少拥有一门高级计算机语言的编程能力,并有工业场景应用的实战经验;(C++, Python, Java or LabVIEW ) 7.
