Key Responsibilities/主要职责:

1. 负责功率产品相关项目的产品需求分析、系统概念设计，技术沟通等工作； Responsible for customer requirement assessment , system concept design and technical communication for power electronics projects.
2.负责完成产品系统设计并编写系统规格说明书，需求分解及分配，系统测试方案及计划等； Responsible for complete system design, edit system specification, customer requirement decomposition, product system verification plan .
3. 负责产品严格按照项目计划进行开发，并负责开发团队与外部客户的技术接口； Follow up the project development status, be responsible for technical interface between the development team and external customer.
4. 负责产品设计降本方案制定及开发流程优化； Responsible for design cost down and development process optimization of product.
5. 负责主导行业标准及相关法规分析； Responsible for industry technical standard analysis.。

Qualifications and Competencies/任职资格及能力:

1. 了解汽车电子相关产品软件、硬件、结构设计基础知识与开发流程 Known about the basic knowledge and development process of automotive power electronics software, hardware, structural design
2. 具有良好的沟通技巧、责任心强、学习能力强 Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability.

Education/教育要求:

74 Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in the field of electrical, electronic, automation or comparable qualification.
本科或以上学历(相关专业同等学历) ，电气、电子、自动化、等相关专业。

Experience/经验要求:

74 2年以上功率电子开发经验 more than 2 years of power electronics development experience
74 具有良好的沟通技巧、责任心强、学习能力强 Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability.
