Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To drive team to do risk assessment to ensure safety manufacturing and cost saving.
2. Production line discipline control, monitor the team to follow the WI/SOP strictly, voice up when the document can’t follow up for some special reasons.
3. To follow up the production KPI daily, maintain good 5S on production floor.
4. Review the daily/weekly production report, ensure production plan under control.
5. Provides leadership to establish a positive, customer driven, team-oriented environment.
6. The candidate is responsible to daily planning, direct/indirect materials, manpower, equipment and other required resources, ensure on time delivery and quality meet the product specification.

Qualification & Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, 6+ years manufacturing control/management experience.
2. With knowledge of Oracle/Office/MES is preferred, able to read and write in English (CET 4 or above).
3. Ability to work highly independently with minimal guidance from supervisor on specific tasks.
4. Positive attitude, as a good image to the whole team.
5. With good quality consciousness, willing to lead a team to achieve the manufacturing targets.
6. Able to support a flexible work schedule due to collaboration with multiple departments.
