SUMMARY（岗位简介）:

负责量产和新产品的生产计划，确保有足够的资源来满足客户的交货期。安排每周生产计划并监控计划生产效率，根据销售订单交期、物料状况和生产能力安排和调整生产计划。
Take responsibility for production planning of the mass production and new projects, ensure sufficient resources are available to meet confirmed customer delivery. arrange weekly production plan and monitor plan productivity, set up and adjust production plan based on sales order delivery date, material status and production capacity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS（具体岗位职责）:
1、管理每日销售订单接收和排产；
Daily sales order and production plan management.
2、分析订单交期及优先顺序，根据工单工时和设备，确定生产人员人工工时，固定生产计划，同步向物料计划释放物料需求；
Analyze the priorities of sales orders, determine the production labor working hours according to products lead time and facilities, make production plan and release material requirement to material planner accordingly.
3、分析并跟进原材料短缺情况，确保物料供应符合生产计划进度，每月与采购检查长交期物料的安全库存；
Analysis and follow up material shortage to ensure material supply for planned schedule. Review safety stock level of long lead time material with Procurement monthly.
4、监控生产达成率，协调资源以满足计划的顺利执行，追踪处理生产异常，保证生产产出和订单准时交付；
Monitor production OTD, coordinate resources to meet the demand target, tracking and dealing with abnormal production status, ensure the output plan and delivery on time.
5、对销售的紧急需求快速响应，处理工程变更、返工等其他涉及计划调整或物料替换相关的工作，生产过程中的突发情况，及时沟通和汇报。
Quick response to urgent demand from sales, deal with engineering changes, rework and other works related to planning adjustment, material replacement, timely communicating and reporting of emergencies in the production process.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED知识和技能要求:
1、熟练使用各类办公软件，有erp相关经验尤佳
Proficient in MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint, mailbox), experience in ERP or SAP is preferred.
2、具有较强的逻辑思维和供应链知识；
Strong logic thinking and excellent knowledge of supply chain function.
3、具备解决问题的能力和成本敏感性；
Capacity in problem solving and cost sensitivity.
4、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，自我激励，良好的组织能力和任务导向。
Good communication skill and teamwork, Self-motivated, well organized and task oriented.
5、5年以上制造业计划工作经验.
At least 5 years planning working experiences in the field of manufacturing industry.
