Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Get the competitive price and terms from the supplier. 2. Cost down 6-8% compared to last year's cost. 3. Procurement Risk Management, to ensure 100% supply. 4. PO OTD rate ≥98. 5. Develop 2nd source and more for critical material to eliminate supply chain risk. 6. 80% 2nd source for the critical material to ensure production line working. 7. Company Technology Control Plan, IP protection and Export Compliance requirements are understood and properly followed. 8.Fully comply with the corporation purchase code. 9. Support special projects as required. 10.Report on projects and make recommendations to upper Management.
Qualification & Requirements: 1. Preferred Bachelor or above degree Industrial/Engineering background. 2. Minimum 8 years solid working experience in the industrial company supplier chain/ technical/ quality function. 3. Preferred 2+ years team management experience. 4. Preferred the coordination experience with Admin, MRO, Facility, EHS and Logistics. 5. Lead cross-function team projects ability to work in a matrixed organization. 6. Familiar with Vendor management platform (SSP/SRM). 7. Basic Oracle knowledge. 8. Capabilities in reading and writing English. CET-6 or equal capabilities is a must. 9. Continuous yearly cost reduction activities. 10. Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others. 11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 12. Experience with networked PC based computer systems.
