工作职责: 1)建立、优化完善质量接收标准 Establish and optimize the quality acceptable criteria. 2)按策划的质量标准、在合适的生产阶段实施质量检验Implement quality check at suitable production phase according to the criteria planned. 3)处理不合格品 Dispose the nonconforming products. 4)建立关键指标、评估工厂制造质量表现 Establish key quality index and monitor manufacture quality performance accordingly. 5)组织协调团队对各渠道反馈的产品质量问题进行调查、并制定相应的纠正与预防措施Facilitate cross function team to investigate the quality problems feedback from various channels, take corrective and preventive actions accordingly. 6)管理质量工程师与工厂检验员,提升质量意识、提高工作方法与效率Supervise Quality engineers, IPQC and FQC, promote quality awareness, detectability and working efficiency. 7)推动工厂质量控制方法、机制与活动的持续改进Drive quality control continuous improvement in factory. 8)公司或主管人员指派的其它工作Others line manager required. 任职资格: 1) 本科及以上学历,理工科相关专业;Bachelor degree or above and major in science or technology. 2) 5年以上质量管理主管以上岗位; 5-year experience working as quality management supervisor or above. 3) 精通excel与word; Good at Excel and Word. 4) 良好的六西格玛方法学、较强的解决问题能力; Good at six sigma methodology & problem solving capability. 5) 英语熟练,能够以作为日常工作书面及沟通语言; Good at English as working language. 6) 具有领导力 Leadership团队合作导向 Orientated by team work诚实正直Honesty and integrity.
