2.0 RESPONSIBILITIES (IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

2.1 Establish relationship with customer's engineering organization to identify the business opportunities from engineering perspective for Linamar;
2.2 Bridge the communications between customer's engineering organizations and Linamar NA/European engineering team and leverage Linamar 's engineering capabilities to support sales NBWs;
2.3 Co-ordinate and manage the product validation testing with Linamar engineering team in McLaren and the Centre to ensure we meet customer's program milestone;
2.4 Lead product design related VA/VE to support cost reduction initiatives;

2.1 与客户方工程部建立联系，争取为公司赢得商业合作机会
2.2 为客户方工程部、利纳马总部和欧洲工程团队建立沟通桥梁，展示利纳马工程技术能力，支持销售赢得新项目。
2.3 为迈凯伦工程部协调和管理产品测试实验，确保产品准时完成，达到客户项目里程碑要求。
2.4 领导与VA/VE相关的产品设计，节约成本。


3.0 ACADEMIC / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
学历/教育要求
3.1 University Degree in mechanical engineering.
3.1 机械工程类专业，大学本科学历。


4.0 REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
职业技能/经验
4.1 Able to communicate in English both oral and written
4.2 Able to work in a fully computerized work environment - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ERP system etc.
4.3 Able to work in a fast paced work environment, potential travel to Linamar Tianjin Plant or other place.
4.4 Ability to work independently, but co-ordinate work schedules with others. Team-player able to co-operate to ensure a smoothly functioning and efficient office environment.
4.5 Receive training on the use of new software as it is added to the work environment. On-going training to improve in areas such as time management and specific job skill upgrading may be required.
4.6 Background of transmission and engine will be preferable
4.7 About 2~4 years’ experience in automotive industry.
4.8 Good market knowledge, entrepreneurial and analytical working, ability to cooperate with an international team.
4.9 Experience deciphering Requirements Documents, Design Specifications
4.10 Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
4.11 Ability to learn new technologies
4.12 Strong organizational and communication skills

4.6 有传动系统、发动机系统工作经验优先
4.7 2~4年以上汽车制造业工作经验
4.8 良好的市场分析知识，具备企业家精神，能协调国际团队。
4.9 文档、设计规范符合标准化要求
4.10 突出的危机和问题处理能力
4.11 能学习新技术
4.12 强大的组织能力和沟通能力
