This position will be delegated to work as full-functional role in finance and accounting of WuXi plant with more focus on controlling and costing, main duties include:
1. Calculate/Update product standard cost (regularly for new products and yearly for mass standard cost update)
2. Monitor stocks movement and prepare stocks analysis
3. Evaluate Inventory and Accounts Receivable provisions
4. Transfer Price Calculation for business flow with Intercompanies
5. Do monthly cost accounting closing
6. Supervise general ledger accounting closing and taxes declaration
7. Prepare financial statements both in China and IFRS accounting Standards
8. Do profitability analysis with detail explanation for deviations against budget/previous year/last months
9. Lead quarterly plant stock counting and analyze stock-counting variance
10. Work with local management team to optimize procedures and progress to improve efficiencies and financial compliances
11. Work as super user to support SAP implementation project and optimization projects post launch
12. Support yearly budget preparation
13. Support and advise plant management team for any financial related topics
14. Any other assignments from Finance head and China management team
Competency Requirement:
1. Major in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration
2. 5-8 years working experience in Costing/Controlling area in a manufacturing environment
3. Skilled in use of MS softwares with specialty in Excel
4. Skilled in use of SAP with specialty in FI and CO modules, Familiar with MM/SD/PP modules
5. Familiar with prevailing taxation laws/regulations and with company laws
6. Both a good independent contributor and a good team player; Be willing to do detail work while keep sight of broader horizon
