职位描述
1. Ensure that all commercial, engineering, technical and quality issues are discussed and resolved with the appropriate customer and internal personnel;
2. Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of quotations, sample and initial production shipments;
3. Maintain effective communications with the Friction Products organization with respect to business trends, marketing conditions and competitive changes;
4. Coordinate and organize visits to plants and technical sites to ensure that customer needs and requirements are being met;
5. Actively participate in achieving corporate and divisional goals and objectives relative to quality, cost, profit, return on sales, productivity, customer service, and adherence to budget goals;
6. Keep fully informed of product and manufacturing changes that are internal and external to the organization;
7. Develop sales plan/forecast, long-term strategic plan, and input competitor information as it becomes available;
8. Perform detailed customer presentations;
9. Work & manage with marketing to gather and participant maker information collection & analysis;
10. Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities,carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;
11. Other tasks arranged by the superior.
Expectations
12. Basic daily reporting: ongoing task, major concerns, intelligent information ;
13. Capability to scout new opportunities and identity product issues;
14. Build a power base map for each project starting from operative level till senior management;
15. Capability to recover information and allow benchmark investigation about competitors solutions;
16. Number of testing sections where they could allow Wuxi team to join;
17. Planning of regular meetings with Wuxi team in customer facilities;
18. Spend 2 days in Wuxi every two weeks (availability to come to Wuxi also in sudden way if requested);
19. Responsibility of ensuring the business growth as planned;
20. Incentive plan will be ensured only if set target could be reached, adjustment will be given based on performance.

Qualifications/Requirements:
资质/要求:
1. Education – (Engineering Degree preferred);
2. Comfortable working with Western Companies;
3. Ability to travel within China;
4. Ability to travel to Europe and or USA for training and meetings.
