Your role： - Establish Site Operational Excellent planning & deployment roadmap to be aligned with corporate Opex guideline and site key focus & objectives - Act as leader of site CTSQ(Challenge the Status Quo), promote CTSQ culture and raise bar across department & different level - Build site VIP (Value improvement program) include waste reduction workshop, project analysis, implementation and monitoring, pipeline build up, related Capex coordinating to achieve year by year Opex cost saving target - Champion of site level 6S, improve whole site 6S level and build employee 6S ownership spirit - Lean/ 6 Sigma tools introduction & implementation such as Value stream mapping, line balance, Poka-Yoke, SMED to support operation efficiency improvement, complaint & safety risk reduction. - Build and promote Benchmarking across internal & external to find more opportunities - Act as key role of site expansion project, raw material direct sourcing and localization to ensure project on time delivery & site standard cost reduction - Facilitate site Gemba Walk activities, promote “Go & See” culture - Lead to establish site different Tier meeting working mechanism to support day to day operations and continuous improvement - Be in charge of site Kaizen and suggestion program to build total employee continuous improvement involvement atmosphere - Other assigned tasks which are required by direct supervisor Who you are： - Requires a B.S. or equivalent, preferably in industrial engineering - At least 5 years multinational company work experience, 2+ year OE/ CI Leadership experience, ideally with Manufacturing/Quality in pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Chemical industry background - Must be open minded, innovative, self-motivating, have good interpersonal and communication skills ensuring high quality of work. - Demonstrate high leadership & project management capability, high motivation to drive changes. - Rich knowledge in Lean /6 Sigma tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 6S, DMS etc, lean six sigma green/black belt preferred - Strong CI (Continuous improvement) & Problem-solving mindset, - GMP and ISO9001 knowledge preferred - Fluent in English both of verbal and written What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
