Responsibility 岗位职责：
1. Support all areas production line teams, ensure the infrastructure for new requirements in production.

2. Assist users in resolving system issues, maintains and controls computers, printers and mobile devices in various systems.

4. Establish new user manuals, processes, procedures and policies of the area, company.

5. Configuration and Support in Office and Shop Floor Software, Configuration, advice and support to packages (Office, Outlook, Skype, etc.)

6. Printer Configuration. Internal and External Peripherals, such as server, switch, firewall, ac, ap.

8. Maintain all legal and licensed hardware and software.

Requirements 任职要求：
1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Systems, IT, related.
计算机系统、IT等相关专业本科以上学历.
2. Above 8 years IT related working experience, Multi-branch IT work experience
8年以上IT相关工作经验, 有多分支机构IT工作经验。
3. Comprehensive knowledge in IT field, familiarity with IT infrastructure, and experience working in manufacturing companies.
IT领域的综合性知识，熟悉IT基础架构，有制造企业工作经历.
4. Familiar with multi-operator line communications, able to plan, improve and optimize networks and infrastructure.
熟悉多运营商线路通讯，能规划、改进、优化网络及基础架构.
5. Familiar with mainstream network products such as Cisco and Huawei and mainstream servers and storage products such as DELL and HP, and able to independently complete related work according to needs.
熟悉Cisco、Huawei等主流网络产品和DELL、HP等主流服务器、存储产品，能够根据需求独立完成相关工作.
6. Familiar with at least one mainstream firewall from Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, and Sophos, and able to independently complete related work according to requirements.

7. Proficient in mainstream server systems such as Windows Server, Linux, CentOS, etc.

8. Proficient in various services including but not limited to: AD, DHCP, DFS, FTP, IIS, Radius, VPN, etc.

9. Proficient in server virtualization technology, familiar with anti-virus, patch push, group policy, ACL and other security policies.

10. Experience in office network security management, experienced in formulating and implementing IT operation and maintenance related systems and operation manuals, and the ability to write standardized requirement documents.
