Job Profile: Manufacturing Engineering > Tooling Development
JOB SUMMARY
According to various mold manufacturing issues and feedback from each Tooling site, develop mold manufacturing process and enhance manufacturing capability; Cooperate the mold manufacturing into system to support the development of Mold automation and to enhance mold production efficiency and mold quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and establish tech standard of mold manufacturing.
- Develop and improve mold manufacturing and process development& improvement.
- Evaluate, test, and implement new mold manufacturing.
- Evaluate, develop, and improve the fixtures which are applied in production and measuring equipment.
- Support the analysis, development and improvement of standard clamping fixture for Auto Measuring System.
- Implement the planning and development of manufacturing system.
- Support the development and improvement of Mold Automation.
- Support new mold tech test and establish related tools and system.
- Various CAD/CAM projects planning and implement.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Be familiar with mold design process.
- Be familiar with CAD/CAM advanced operation.
- Be capable of reading mold mechanical drawing.
岗位职责：
1、对冲压模具结构、原理熟悉
2、能独立完成模具组装、解决模具异常问题
3、熟悉模具制作流程
4、熟练机械识图；熟练使用丝锥、锉刀、钻床、磨床操作
任职要求
1、大专以上学历、机械相关专业
2、5年以上的冲压模具钳工相关工作经验
3、模具结构及模具相关加工工艺及预估时间、能看懂CAD图纸；
