Job Responsibility:
1. Execute procurement strategies to ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of products/services, mainly on Wuxi site BE(DS/CC/PLA) Equipment, Spares and TTI (automation projects), etc.
2. Prepare purchase orders based on approved requisitions and follow up to ensure on time delivery from suppliers.
3. Execute and drive PROC related projects with the cross functional team.
4. Enforcement of procurement control via implementation of all relevant procurement processes and methods within Infineon.
5. Supplier sourcing, qualification and evaluation according to established supplier management process.
6. Drive strategic supplier management program towards achieving overall target for Quality, Cost and Delivery.
7. Work with other departments to ensure the direct material supply chain of IFWU.
8. Execute Other tasks assigned by department head.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
2. Good understanding of principles and concepts in factory material procurement especially in EQ/Spare Parts
3. Basic knowledge of semiconductor or electronics industry and its customers advantageous
4. Understanding how own work team integrates with the corresponding function
5. Project management experience and experience in international teams.
6. Fluent English skill
7. Good communication and negotiation skills
8. Basic knowledge of contractual and legal aspects
9. Skilled in SAP system is preferred
10.Good work ethic and sense of responsibility, positive personality
