About our group:
The team of product engineering works on product management including new product launches and matured product improvement in the Wuxi factory. We provide technical support, guidance for kinds of product/factory issues to ensure the business is successful.
About the role - you will:
Work with cross-function teams to improve product yield, test time, and quality performance
Perform failure analysis & data analysis to solve product issues, including yield loss & quality excursion
Involve in new product launch, new material qualification, and Test Process change evaluation
About you:
Have knowledge of Science or Engineering
Be able to use verbal and written communication in English
Good logical ability, strong learning ability and good problem-solving skills
A positive attitude for work and willingness to accept challenges
Down-to-earth attitude with good teamwork
