As an OEPC Sales Representative, you will start your day with a team meeting to align on goals and strategies. You'll engage with customers, leading crucial sales activities and honing flawless bid strategies. How You’ll Make an Impact
* Lead all sales activities within your assigned area, ensuring the flawless execution of project lead management and bidding preparation. * Define and implement successful bid/win strategies, establish technical solutions, and coordinate proposal-relevant documents. * Support commercial negotiations and project management, ensuring seamless customer experiences. * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners within your sales area. * Update market requirements and manage the sales pipeline/SF in your assigned area. * Take on other tasks as assigned by your manager to drive success in your role. What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus. * Over 3 years of sales or marketing-related work experience. * Basic knowledge of power transmission products, including power transformers, gas/air insulated switchgear, circuit breakers, and surge arresters. * Workable English * International project experience or experience in an international working environment is a plus. * Outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to promote Siemens Energy products. * Strong willingness to drive Siemens Energy’s mission forward with passion and determination. * EHS know-how and a strict quality sensitivity.
