To further strengthen the technical service and product support in Wuxi it is decided, that Atlas Copco (Wuxi) will introduce the "Technical Service and Product Support" position. You will report to the Technical Service Support Manager in Atlas Copco (Wuxi) and work very closely with Global Customer Center as well as service people of CRS Division in Antwerp.
Responsible for field quality solution: 负责现场质量解决方案: - Analyze the warranty claims and cluster them (e.g.in terms of Frequently Asked Questions) in order to be able to anticipate and handle them proactively 分析保修索赔并对其进行分类(例如,根据常见问题),以便能够预测并主动处理这些索赔

Experience requirements (经验要求): At least 3 years working experience in a technical/service environment. 3年以上技术服务工作经验
