Responsibilities and duties
61 Define processes, system specifications, input-output and working parameters for hardware
and/or software compatibility.
61 Work on device qualifications / applications and generate suitable processes to meet or
exceed customer requirements
61 Work closely in cross-functional teams to develop process solutions
61 Support customers in technical training during new product or process introductions,
equipment process buyoff and post-sales process troubleshooting
61 Assist in preparation of engineering plans and programs
61 Field visit or travelling maybe required

Requirements
61 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science related field
61 2-5 years of process experience on high precision electro- mechanical components and
system
61 Working experience in semi-conductor industry preferred
61 Strong analytical and problem solving skills
61 Good communication and interpersonal skills
61 Good presentation skills and report writing skills
61 Strong attention to detail and organization
61 Self-motivated and able to work independently
