职位描述
The aim of the position is: Responsible for industrial daily operation & payroll, benefit work.

Master data
- Completes accurate and timely HR data input in SAP system.
- Master data maintenance

Compensation &Benefit
- Administrate employee payroll & social welfare accurately.
- Administrate annual salary adjustment.
- IIT declaration.
- Salary survey.
- Benefit implement.

Employment
- Administrate labour contract.
- Administrate employee’s enrolment and employment termination.
- ESS/MSS system.
- Employee dossier management.

Attendance
- Annual working calendar preparation.
- Be responsible for employee’s daily attendance management.
- Employee holiday management.

Employee Relationship
- Employee handbook maintain.
- Provide certification documents to employee.
- Employee survey.
- Commercial insurance related work.
- Annual health check organization.
- Employee incentive program implement.
- Organize employee outing and annual meeting.
- Answer employee inquiry.
- Take care all expatriates’ issue, such as working permit &residential permit.

Reporting & Analysis
- Monthly report to business functions.
- Government report preparation.
- Support to provide audit information.
- Annual audit from labour bureau.
- Budget & Forecast
- Payroll data analysis


SAP Key User
- Providing first level support for end users.
- Prepare of business process mapping for responsible business unit.
- Initiate, manage and report project, incident and change request for own business unit.
- Preparation of project / additional development request, GAP, support test and user training documents when necessary.
- Effective communication with technical team, user and management.
- Providing training on IT systems for end users.
- Business Partners and Contacts.
- End user of IT systems.
- Local and central IT teams.
- Process owners.


Others
- Assisting in other administration affairs.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by your superior in or out of the scope of this position description.
- Participate in any continuous improvement initiatives as required, and continuously seek improvement opportunities for your area.
- Provide training to junior specialist (for senior specialist).

Job Qualifications:
- College or above,5 years working experience in HR, familiar with local labour law and regulation and SAP system.
- Good communication, patient, responsibility, experience of SSC operation.
- Good level process knowledge; Good level IT systems knowledge; Sufficient level English.
