As a product engineer, you are responsible for designing, planning, executing,
monitoring and closing QAD projects & related certification in which the achievement of
the agreed advance project objectives / deliverables within the context of time and
budget and are central to the required quality.

Job description included but not limited岗位职责包括但不限于：
· Commissioned by the project sponsor, preparing the business case, master
spec to define the project in terms of scope, budget, planning, etc.
协助项目发起人准备商业论证和项目说明书，以定义项目范围，预算，计划等。
· Draft a project plan incl. Budget that the project is able to deliver the project
deliverables within the agreed time and budget in the MS.
起草包括项目预算在内的项目计划，确保项目能够在项目说明书约定的时间和预算
内交付项目可交付成果。
· Leading at regular intervals together with the project team to discuss the status
of the project and to take necessary decisions and to take steps to MS
objectives.
定期领导与项目团队一起讨论项目的状态，并采取必要的决策和步骤来实现MS目
标。
· Closely support and proactively interact with other departments during project
phase
在项目阶段与其他部门紧密合作，积极配合。
· Monitor project progress against plans and proactively make adjustments where
are necessary.

· Communicating with the customer regarding the project deliverables, deadlines,
acceptance of deliverables.
与客户沟通项目可交付成果，截止日期，可交付成果的验收情况。
· Host Project Team meeting (PTM) to coordinate all project related matters.
主持项目团队会议(PTM)，协调所有项目相关事宜。
· Reporting on agreed milestones and gate approval to the steering committee
(PCM, PQM, etc.) and ensure that any custom schedules and budget change in MS.
向指导委员会(PCM, PQM等)汇报商定的里程碑和阶段批准，并确保任何定制时间表和预算的变化。
· Full use of all processes and tools related to project management that are defined within Atlas Copco.
充分使用Atlas Copco定义的所有与项目管理相关的流程和工具。
· Concept design & drawings with GECIA support acc to agreed master specification, design “first time right” for assembly, manufacturing, service and superior performance by cooperation with different department within Atlas Copco, such as production, purchase, aftermarket and so on.
通过GECIA（印度工程中心）进行概念设计和绘制详细技术图纸，与Atlas Copco内部不同部门(如生产、采购、售后等)合作，***时间正确地设计出装配、制造、服务和性能卓越的产品。
· Product release in BPCS and AD Vault system, incl. BOM, DN, Drawings, Part list, Specification acc to approved process 在BPCS和AD Vault系统中发布包括BOM、DN、图纸、零件清单、规格书等在内的技术文档。
· Support regulation & certification engineer to prepare necessary documentation of the product certificate
协助法规和认证工程师准备必要的产品认证文件。
· Responsible for product quality before officially transfer to maintenance team.
在产品正式移交给维护团队前负责产品质量。
岗位任职能力与资格要求(Competence and qualification)：
Experience Requirements经验要求
· At least 2 years working experience in engineering and NPD process, or
experience equivalent.
至少2年工程和新产品开发工作经验, 或者等同经验。
· Working experience in air compressor or gas equipment development is an
asset.
有空气压缩机或气体设备开发经验者优先。
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
· Bachelor or master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical
engineering, Electrical engineering or other equivalent engineering.
机械工程、机电工程、电气工程或其他相关工程类专业本科或硕士学历。
· Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.
普通话为母语，具备良好的英语口语和写作能力。
· Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Lotus Notes, CAD tools and MRP
systems is an asset.
熟悉办公软件。 有使用Lotus Notes、CAD工具和MRP系统经验者优先。
