Duties & Responsibilities 1. Assist to establish, maintain and improve EHS system, such as ISO14001, ISO45001, BCM and EHS management system and get relative licenses and certificates. 2. Work with EHS Team to conduct EHS Self-assessment and evaluation, internal audit, identify gap and develop action plan to continually improve EHS management system. 3. Lead or participate in various types of EHS compliance and management system audits to ensure compliance with local, national, customer and the corporate requirements. 4. Update new EHS regulations and rules and analyze the potential impact to the plant. 5. Lead incident investigation, root cause identification, corrective and preventive action development and follow-up with other responsible people.
Qualification & Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above with major in EHS related field. 2. 5+years in EHS system management, 3+ years related experience in a multi-national manufacturing company is a plus. 3. Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 systems, EHS laws and regulations. 4. Experience with problem analysis and resolution. 5. Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others. 6. Fluent in spoken English and able to communicate fluently with native speakers.
