一、主要职责Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:
1.1 开发不锈钢片带胶贴合和冲压等工艺和产品的开发；
Development of processes and products for adhesive bonding and stamping of stainless steel sheets
1.2 解决冲压工序过程导致的质量不良分析和改善；
Analysis and improvement of quality defects caused by stamping process.
1.3 参与供应商共同开发自动线贴合工序（钢片与双面胶或石墨片等等，贴合）
Participate in the joint development of automatic line bonding processes with suppliers (bonding of steel sheets with double-sided tape or graphite sheets, etc.).
1.4 参与公司新产品开发，主导冲压产品和贴合工序的流程控制计划；
Participate in the development of new products for the company, lead the process control plan for stamping products and bonding processes.
1.5根据设计、工程等相关输入文件开发、撰写机械结构模具规格书要求；
Develop and write mechanical structure mold specifications based on design, engineering, and other related input documents.
1.6 开发和负责生产制造模具、开模检讨、试样跟踪，制定试模、修模计划等，保证各类模具功能实现及试产后产品的效果分析及优化；
Develop and be responsible for manufacturing molds, mold review, sample tracking, developing trial and repair plans, etc., to ensure the realization of various mold functions and the analysis and optimization of product effects after trial production.
1.7 项目管理，和项目团队一起合作以实现新的业务；
Project handle, work with project team to achieve the new business.
1.8 协助QA解决客户投诉，识别问题（根本原因分析）以及采取适当的行动；
Support QA for customer ‘s complains, identify problem (root cause analysis), and take appropriate actions
二、所需资格条件Qualifications
2.1 有学士学位，是机械或相关专业
Bachelor's degree Major: Mechanical or related
2.2 熟练掌握Office软件，AutoCAD和项目管理。如有Pro-E, ISO9001, DOE, FMEA, PMP等经验者优先
