Responsibility:

74 Be responsible for VRF cycle development, closely collaborate with other
teams to conduct cycle design, validation and verification.

74 Follow new product development process to conduct VRF cycle design, lead
team to deliver all cycle design technical document.

74 Establish and update VRF cycle standard.

74 Participate VRF product cost reduction, maintenance and continue improvement
activities.

74 Participate trouble shooting to treat customer complains.

74 Participate product benchmarking activity.

74 Track on VRF product development trend, follow company VRF roadmap.

74 Participate VRF product related technology study together with advanced
development team.

74 Make the annual performance target and key focus aligning with the
supervisor, conduct the performance review as schedule. Make the personal
annual training plan to improve the competence.

Requirements:

Mandatory

74 Bachelor degree either refrigeration, thermal engineering or thermal physics.

74 Sufficient work experience in HVAC company VRF development.

74 Experience on VRF cycle control, performance optimization.

74 Familiar with VRF product performance standard.

74 Experience on project management.

74 Fluency in both Chinese and English.

Preferred

74 Master degree or above.

74 10 years or more experience in HVAC company VRF development.

74 Familiar with HVAC product regulation (CE, CB, GB, UL AHRI, IEC etc).

74 Read and written in Japanese.
