Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Primary responsibility is supply chain strategic program management interfacing with R&D, PLM, Rel, Project teams, Operations, aligning supply chain function teams effort on program/product basis.
2. To coordinate and manage cost reduction driven sourcing and qualification activities, or supply chain risk mitigation programs for sustaining products, to perform cost analysis and cost reduction roadmap.
3. Be responsible to drive and coordinate supplier strategy, dual source introduction, qualification in NPI programs in working with R&D, Rel, CM and SDE.
4. Be responsible for the risk, schedule management in terms of supply chain various aspects and fulfill supply chain strategic goal in the assigned programs.
5. Travel is required for projects coordination across multiple geographies.

Qualification & Requirements:
1. Experience in program management in a high tech global company is required.
2. Be able to think and act globally across multiple cultures, time zones and functions.
3. Strong ability to analyze impact of changes and coordinate for mitigation plan in quality, cost and continuity of supply in dual source introduction, qualification or cost reduction activities
4. Strong time management skills and process oriented.
5. Strong data analysis ability and ERP user experience
6. Familiar with NPI development process
7. Familiar with document management system and ECN process
8. Highly self-motivated with strong multi-disciplinary background and be able to multi-task in an ambiguous environment.
9. This person should enjoy a high-energy atmosphere in which tasks can be accomplished simply, and directly.
10. Fluent in English: verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill.
11. Optical industry background is preferred.
12. Good knowledge of graphics and spreadsheet software applications
13. 10~15 years of working experience, with SPMP qualification and across sites program management experience. MBA is a plus.
