Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Have a deep understanding of the development trends in the optical communication industry and master the key technologies and major suppliers of high-speed photonic module products.
2. Participate in the product development process and product lifecycle management, assisting with issue resolution during the product delivery and mass production stages. This includes formulating technical implementation plans, hardware design optimization, and technical documents, as well as debugging and testing new products, strictly controlling product quality.
3. Be responsible for advancing technical exchanges with key customers and strengthening technical communication with them. They need to have good communication skills and team spirit to effectively resolve issues raised by customers.
4. Be necessary to have certain team management and leadership abilities to guide and train team members, enhancing the overall technical level and work efficiency of the team.
5. Due to the rapid development of optical communication technology, needs to continuously learn new technologies and knowledge, stay sensitive to industry dynamics to ensure the advanced nature and competitiveness of product design and development.

Qualification & Requirements:
1. Possess extensive experience in photonic module field, familiar with optical communication principles, optoelectronic devices, circuit design, and signal processing.
2. Capable of independently conducting new product research and development, proposing innovative technical solutions to enhance product performance.
3. Proficient in operating laboratory equipment, performing precise experiments and tests to ensure product quality and performance meet expectations.
4. Able to quickly analyze the causes of technical challenges and propose effective solutions to ensure project progress.
5. Can reasonably plan project schedules, effectively allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
6. Pay attention to industry trends and technological developments, continuously learn new knowledge and technologies to enhance professional competence.
7. Be passionate about work, possess a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, and be able to handle work pressure.
