Job Responsibilities
-Develop products according to the Buhler M2M (Market to Market) process, and deliver on time with high quality
-Responsible for the development of a system independently, including preliminary market research, conception design, prototype preparation and validation to ensure the product with high competence
-Responsible for technology transfer projects from HQ, localized drawings and prototype manufacture tracking etc.
-Collaborate with manufacturing process technicians to develop manufacturable/cost-effective component structures
-Collect VOC and integrate customer’s needs into product development
-Lead or support to solve the technical problem on the customer’s site.
-Possess cost sense, analyze the cost of components and provide reasonable suggestions for cost optimization.
-Strengthen factory inspections, identify the manufacturing and quality problems and take actions to improve
-Collaborate in the preparation and updating of technical documents.
-Support and track the promoting of new products in the market

● Efficient communication between headquarters or other departments such as BU, procurement, etc., to ensure consistency of information
Qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related field.
● At least 5 years working experience in mechanical field with R&D related work, project management experience is a plus.
● Familiar with Mechanical, know about Pneumatic、 Hydraulic and Electrical components.
● FEA knowledge、DFMEA is highly appreciated
● Good Knowledge in data handing、quality control 、cost analysis in mechanical related work.
● Good English oral communication, reading and writing skills.
● Efficient handing of MS Office, Windchill and 3D-CAD(Solidworks, Pro/E, UG, Inventor etc.)
● Creative thinking

● Willing to travel approx. 10%
