Responsibilities: 1.Maintain existing customers, develop new business, with focus on construction machinery market. 2.Execute business strategy, achieve annual business growth plan. 3.Find, develop and expand market shares of TCP coupling business in China. 4.Facilitate the relationship between OEM, distributors and the Company including technical agreement, onsite installation, training, project support, and quote follow-up. 5.Provide bridging between factories, sales offices, distributors, key accounts and end users. 6.Stay aware of market activities including all potential competitors. 7.Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities. Requirement: 1. Good knowledge of industrial mechanical products especially coupling product or clutch. 2. Must be bachelor degree or above with mechanical engineering related majors. 3. At least 5 years relevant working experience. Experienced on OEM sales, self-motivated, and ambitious personality. 4. Abundant sales experience on construction machinery market, good at technical sales. Be familiar with construction machinery business model in China. 5. Excellent skill on communication and new business development. 6. Work well under pressure.
