Role Definition In charge of CCMC campus level administration related management and support. Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner, especially to perform a good management for serval on-site service suppliers. Responsibilities · Effectively manage catering services, including 3 canteens (2 catering service suppliers), to ensure PQVC indicators related to catering, etc. Cooperate with catering suppliers to designate plans for food festivals or other events if need. · Shuttle Bus service management: include shuttle bus line Optimization, Quick response to overtime/shift bus solutions, Emergency response, Daily KPI assessment, Regular organization inspection, etc. · Cleaning service management: include campus and office space, Temporary visit response, Periodic cleaning schedule, etc. · Non-PO vendors management, ensure KPI and report review, Familiar with the process and provide effective support, etc. · Contractor service management: include Safety, Quality, Personnel supply, KPI, etc. · Cat gift shop: Shop Opening and daily management. · Activity of EHS organization and support (Such as Earth Day, Safety month) Degree Requirement College degree or above Skill Descriptors Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner, especially to perform a good management for serval on-site service suppliers.
