Responsibilities: 1. Control and coordinate workshop production activities, make reasonable allocation of manpower, equipment and task, promote the product line to finish production target. 2. Implement the production plan on the basis of production target, quality and lead time, arrange and control production schedule. 3. Follow up day-to-day production status, product need, manufacturing process and output value to fulfill production target on time. 4. Eliminate the product line barrier to keep the product volume balance of different line. 5. Responsible for the completion rate of production plan, find and clear up the root cause for deferred. 6. Define the key position, control the turnover rate of workers. 7. Manage the defective rate and scrap rate on the basis of KPI, decrease the waste of raw material and manpower. 8. Make quick response to manufacturing abnormality, find and track problem, make rational propose. 9. 5S management. 10. Daily routine work like employee training, performance appraisal and so on. 11. Other works assigned by leader.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or industrialization engineering. 2. Over 8 years experience in manufacturing shop environment at the management or supervision level with strong understanding of mechanical welding, assembly, machining and etc. MNC working experience will be a plus. 3. Good ability to read mechanical and manufacturing drawings and specifications. 4. Good command of English verbal and written communication skills. 5. Result oriented, process driven, with a understanding of SAP/ERP experience. 6. Very strong ability to organize and delegate work for others. 7. Should have background in 5S, been involved in lean projects. 8. Must have extremely strong leadership ability and proven background in management of people, equipment.
