KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Lead to make the new supplier quality system audit including selection, evaluation and development.
负责对新供应商的质量审核，包括：选择、评估和改进。
2.Deal with material quality issues in the plant and follow up suppliers to close.
Record the quality performance of supplier. Cooperate with supplier to develop quality performance and achieve the target.
及时处理原材料问题，组织协调供应商快速响应，并跟踪纠正措施。记录供应商的质量表现。与供应商合作来改进质量表现，并督促达成目标。
3.Lead the regular quality audit of supplier, evaluate the result and follow up the improvement actions.
牵头组织定期的供应商的质量审核，评估结果，并跟踪改善行动。
4.Define incoming inspection standard and WI.
制订来料检验的检验规范。
5.Work with Purchasing to optimize supplier manufacturing process and reduce material cost.
配合采购部，优化供应商的工艺流程，降低供应链成本。
6.Follow other task assigned from supervisor.
上级安排的其他工作。

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Minimum 5 years SQE experience in manufacturing area.
5年以上制造型企业SQE工作经验。
2.Fluent English reading/writing.
英语读写熟练。
3.Skilled in Excel. Minitab is preferable.
熟练使用 Excel。能使用Minitab更佳。
4.Be familiar with sheet metal, painting, welding and assembly processes.
熟悉钣金、喷漆、焊接、装配工艺。

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor degree/major in engineering.
教育及专业：本科以上主修理工科。
