Job Duty & Responsibility
1.Contribute to service business development of in RST team, including recausticizing, lime kiln, and recovery boiler.
作为服务工程师，和团队一起，拓展中国区的苛化、石灰窑、碱炉的服务业务。
2.Visit and interact with customers for opportunity identification. Prepare technical solution.
客户拜访，技术交流，识别潜在销售机会。负责报价文件中的技术文本部分。
3.Conduct audits at customer sites and analyze improvement opportunities.
参与客户现场调研，分析客户在工艺运行操作维护等各方面改进的可能性。
4.Quickly respond to customer inquiry. Work out feasible solutions with resources available.
及时响应客户需求，积极利用公司国内外技术资源、为客户提供切实可行的服务方案
5.Support the installation and commissioning for new project when required.
不定期、短期地，参与和协助大项目的安装和调试工作
6.Execute field service as service engineer and as project coordinator
遵照公司标准和客户要求，开展现场服务并承担现场协调统筹工作。
7.Keep track of work progress and submit service report in time.
跟踪项目进度，及时提交完整清晰的服务报告
8.Be responsible for project progress and budget.
在服务中，有效把控时间和费用。
9. Be able to adapt to changing needs. Work under pressure. Active to solve problems independently and result oriented.
适应服务现场的各种变化，积极寻求解决方案。独立抗压，以结果为导向。
10. Frequent travelling is required

Job Requirement
1. Three to five years working experience of operation and maintenance at least in one of them: recausticizing, lime kiln, recovery boiler.
3-5年工作经验，至少了解苛化石灰窑、碱炉其中之一的运行和停机维护
2. Be good at coordination complex at site
善于现场沟通协调
3. A quicker learner of new technical skills and willing to share internally
乐于学习和接受新知识，乐于内部分享
4.Multi-task player and clear of priorities
在多个任务并行时，把握轻重缓急
5. English in oral and written to communicate with foreign colleagues.
