岗位职责：
1、Have ownership of specific project or program assigned by Direct. Manager..
2、Take resp. of project KPI when aligned and approved by DOA.
3、Lead project team members to find out point issue , handle road block by planning / controlling / monitoring, and then finally achieve project KPI .
4、Make proper Project master schedule to meet customer requirement with relative function sub-plan.
5、Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Direct. Manager.
岗位要求：
1、University degree or similar
2、English fluent（Good oral and written English communication ability.）, additional language is preferred
3、Minimum 5-8 years China auto industry experience on engineering or Project management; Engine cooling or exhaust product field will be preferred.
4、Basic computer skill
5、Great knowledge and Consciousness on Project / Product quality, cost, schedule.
6、Normal level on vehicle development procedure.
7、Excellent communication skill, with customer and internal cross functions.
8、Continually learning behavior.
9、Willing to frequent travel over China and good at teamwork.
