Major Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate customer complaints and process quality issues. 协调客户投诉和过程质量问题处置。 2. Work with cross-functional team members and external experts as required, validate the analysis of data review , as well as root cause and corrective action. 和跨职能团队及外部专家合作,协调数据分析和审核,以支持根源确认和纠正措施。 3. Compile Data Analysis, reports and recommend quality audits and inspections improvements. 编制数据分析和报告,改进质量审核和质量检验。 4. Develop the Quality Control Plan, including the measurement system analysis (MSA), gauge repeatability and reproducibility (GR&R's), and gauge development. 制定质量控制计划,包括MSA分析,测量重复性和再现性,和量规开发。 5. Continuously Improve quality control plan and identify CTQ’s based on market & customer input根据市场和客户要求持续改善质量控制计划,明确关键质量控制点。 6. Participate in quality analysis and the identification, analysis and management of defective products. 参与质量分析,负责不良品的鉴别、统计、分析及管理工作。 7. Make improvements based on quality control results. 研究质量控制结果,提出改进方案和措施。
Required Education / Experience / Skills: 1. Bachelor's degree or above 大学本科及以上学历 2. 3+ years’ related experience, preferred with rich quality control experience 3年以上电机行业工作经验,具备过程质量控制相关经验优先 3. Proficiency in Quality Management Tools and Quality System 熟悉质量管理工具和质量体系 4. Preferred with knowledge/experience in 6 Sigma 熟悉6 sigma者优先 5. Strong problem-solving skills 丰富的解决问题能力 6. Good communication and team worker 良好沟通和团队合作能力
