主要工作职责：
1、Responsible for company's target disassemble into department process control target (quality, safety, cost, delivery). According to the target setting action plan can be reached.负责将公司目标分解成部门工艺控制目标（质量、安全、交付），根据目标制定可达成的具体方案。
2、According to the requirements of customers for process, quality, develop plans to satisfy the requirement of customers and companies. 根据客户对工艺、质量的要求，制定出满足客户和公司要求的实施方案。
3、Responsible for new production test and improving process and MOC, Responsible for the collection and analysis of production data, maintain and optimize process capacity and centerline of equipment; Active discovery process or quality hidden trouble, and make the improvement measures.负责新产品新工艺测试，及变更管理,优化产品工艺与设备中心线；主动发现工艺或质量隐患，并制定改进措施。
4、Prepare and update production process documents (SOP& process instruction), and advance it. Assists in monitoring and controlling the quality and operational compliance of the entire process from raw materials to finished products. 编制和更新生产工艺文件（操作指导书、工艺规范）并推进实施，辅助监督和控制从原料到成品整个流程的质量和操作符合性。
5、Responsible for the data collection and tracking analysis of production center line 、 quality control point and MU Loss. 负责生产中心线及质控点、MU Loss等相关数据的收集和跟踪分析。
6、Responsible for workshop staff process skills training, participation in job skills assessment. 负责对车间员工工艺技能培训、参与工作技能考核。
7、By working closing on the production site, to grasp the quality situation. Instruct and supervise production of workshop to solve the technical problems in production in time, including the work of technology Service. 要深入生产现场，掌握质量情况；指导、督促车间一线生产及时解决生产中出现的技术问题，搞好工艺技术服务工作。
8、Responsible for the AM of production equipment in the factory under the premise of safe production operation. 协助质量事件（CAPA）根本原因分析及行动计划制定。
9、Assist Manager to train and promote the 5S and CI tools in the site. 协助领导对现场5S及CI工具等的培训和推进。
10、Complete all temporary tasks assigned by Manager. 完成领导布置的各项临时任务。
资质要求：
1、Chemical or mechanical related major, college degree or above. 化工或机械相关大专以上专业
2、Have good ability to read and write English. 具有一定的英语读写能力
3、More than 2 years experience in chemical production. 2年以上化工生产经验
4、Work carefully and responsibly, form and manage team well. 工作认真负责，具有团队组织管理能力
