Duties & Responsibilities ●Provide professional training and individual development solution to meet the business organization objectives. ●Implement and optimize training plan, training activities such as new hire employees’ orientation training, pre-job training, internal training, public training, in-house training etc. ●Collect training needs and deliver training plan. ●Responsible for Global, China and Local L&D courses and programs execution. ●Responsible for Global, China and Local IDP programs execution. ●Manage Internal Trainers’ team and lead for developing new training courses. ●Responsible for training promotion, such as developing China and Local T&D Newsletter. ●Manage Education Upgrading process according to the policy. ●Manage the training contract, ensure to sign contract and tracking the pay back. ●Deliver and maintain training records and document to ensure the compliance of law, policy, rule, and the requirement of Audit. ●Maintain the stability of training system and database. ●Organize company meeting according to needs. ●Plan and follow up the Performance Management process like Goal Setting, Mid-Year review, Year-End review, PIP etc. ●Support special projects as required. ●Report on projects and make recommendations to upper Management.
Qualification & Requirements ●Bachelor’s degree and above. ●Minimum 8 years working experience in HR, Training and Development function. ●Experience with Leadership Program design and execution. ●Experience with problem analysis and resolution. ●Ability to recommend and implement improvements. ●Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ●Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others. ●Ability to handle multiple priorities involving external and internal priorities. ●Ability to stand out in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team Environment. ●Be internal trainer experience. ●Good communication skill, good command of English, good office skill.
