工作职责: 1. BMS 软件架构设计、优化; BMS software architecture design, optimization. 2. 根据系统需求开发多包串并联控制逻辑; Develop multi-package series-parallel control logic based on system requirements. 3. 不同充电协议、自动识别充电协议、充电策略的程序开发; Develop charge strategy for different charger communication protocols and make BMS identify different chargers automatically. 4. SOC、SOH 算法的开发; Develop SOC, SOH algorithm. 5. 安全连锁保护逻辑开发; Develop safety and interlock logical for battery safety. 6. 负责相应代码实现和测试与验证、并对软件系统的稳定性、可靠性进行评估; Responsible for code implementation and testing and validation, as well as evaluating the stability and reliability of the software system. 7. 负责软件版本升级、维护,升级记录文档整理; Responsible for software version upgrade, maintenance, upgrade records documentation organization. 8. 领导安排的其他任务; Other tasks assigned by team leader.
任职资格: 1. 本科或者以上学历,软件、电子工程、电化学相关专业; Bachelor degree or above, major in computing, software ,Electrical engineering, electrochemistry related. 2. 了解动力锂电池特性,熟悉汽车BMS软件架构及工作原理; Understand the characteristics of lithium power battery, familiar with automotive BMS software architecture and working principle. 3. 熟悉Atmel/microchip 芯片以及BMS管理控制原理; Familiar with Atmel/microchip chips and BMS management control principles. 4. 熟练使用C语言,使用过MPLAB X IDE 编程软件 优先; Familiar with C language, experience with MPLAB X IDE programming software is preferred. 5. 熟练使用维克多或者周立功相关CAN工具,如:CANoe、Zcanpro; Familiar with Vector or ZLG tools like CANoe, Zcanpro. 6. 熟悉RS485、SPI、CAN通讯协议; Familiar with ECU communication protocol like RS485, SPI, CAN. 7. 有3年及以上的BMS开发经验; Must be experienced with BMS Software development at least 3 years. 8. 具备一定的逻辑分析能力、硬件分析能力、能对现场系统问题进行故障分析与定位,解决问题; Good logic analysis ability, hardware analysis ability, troubleshooting ability.
