Role: LPI (Lead Program Integrator) Duties include (but are not limited to): 61 Assisting program manager to drive projects on: build plan, drive execution, design change management, and deliver on time/quality/budget. 61 Planning resources and materials for timely program execution 61 Coordinating and working with the cross functional team both locally and globally to identify and retire any risk(s)
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 4 years progressive experience as an engineer or scientist within the appropriate field of study) 2. 5+ years’ experience in project leadership within a manufacturing, development or research environment 3. Demonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships, including logical thinking and growth mindset, strong influential and communication skills – fluent English Listening/Talking/Reading/Writing. 4. Attention to detail and ability work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments 5. Ability to develop unique concepts/solutions for complex products 6. Healthcare experience preferred.
