Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct administration of responsible workshop staff and daily production performance. 所负责区域的人员及日产能的管理。
2. Supervise and improve the production efficiency. 监督和提高生产效率。
3. Continue to improve on-site quality, coordinate to improve the production quality together with other relative departments. 持续地进行现场质量改善，协调他相关部门推动质量的提升。
4. Set KPI for subordinates and conduct corresponding appraisal. 下属KPI的设立和评估。
5. Carry out administration of 5S, Safety and fire-protection affairs. 贯彻5S、安全和火灾防护的管理。
6. Make sure the workers obtain necessary qualification and give training plans in accordance. 提前安排培训计划来确保员工已获得足够的工作能力资质。
7. Follow up the abnormalities with planning, materials and equipment until an effective resolution occurs. 及时跟踪及解决生产计划、物料和设备的异常情况。
8. On-site Kaizen's improvement. 现场改善的推动。
9. Other tasks from manager. 生产经理安排的其它工作。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Heating & Ventilation, Refrigeration, Electrical or Enterprise Management 本科学士学位，主修空调、电子或企业管理专业。
2. Already worked in this related industry for over 3 years 3年以上相关工作经验
3. Experienced in team management of over 50 people 50人以上团队管理经验
4. With SAP-related experience 熟悉SAP系统
5. With communication and coordination skills 沟通和协调能力
6. With conflict management skills 冲突管理能力
7. With lean manufacture knowledge精益生产知识
8. With quality management skills on site 现场质量管理技能
