Key Accountabilities
Customized design:
---Contact with sales for define order information per customer request
---Design GA & PD drawings for coming sales orders and work with sales for customer approval.
---Special design for special orders base on standard products design. Design to meet with customized requirement.
---Prepare order form transform and list out all customized requirements.
---Prepare design BOM and Material list for general sales orders
---Routing time release for new design products
---Lead ECN/ECP process for design change and customer change request.
Manufacturing engineering:
---Onsite technical support and service, resolve manufacturing problems for production team.
---Contributes to product failure mode and effects analyses.
---Manage product or process development projects.
---Process standardization and prepare WI/SOP and training to production operators and QA inspector.
---Keep on optimize design to improve cost reduction and production efficiency.
---Production support for special fixtures and tools design.
---Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Project management:
---Sales project management, lead each assigned sales order project, from take order to ship order. Manage technical communication, design and release engineering documents to production, training production and quality people, solve production problems and sign off production final assembly and packing. Quality and lead time follow up by project bases.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education Qualification:
---Bachelor’s degrees in engineering or mechanism.
Technical Competence & Skills:
---At least 5 years in the Mechanical industry, 2 years in same position of product design and manufacturing related specialties.
---Project Management
---Mechanical design and manufacturing or related education background
---Electrical design will be better.
---Six Sigma Methodologies
---Engineering background
---Good AutoCAD/UG/Solid works skills
Leadership Competence:
---Self-Starter and self-motivated
---Good teamwork, builds relationships, is approachable and keeps others informed
---Customer focused.
---Good at problem solving and decision quality. Experience of lead improvement projects
---Project Management

Relevant Experience:
---At least 3 years in equipment fabrication relevant industry plant experience

---Basic Oral and written English required.
