1. Responsibility for the smooth operation of the production line and daily management ;

2. Operational resolution of the situation of the individual production areas (of failure, lack of material.), the coordination of the follow-up actions/corrective action ;
在单件生产方面根据情况做出决定（包括失败，缺料），协调后续行动/改正措施 ；
3. The supervision of the optimal load of the production facilities and human resources ;
监督生产设备的***负荷量和人力资源方面 ；
4. Supervision on the progress and the quality of the implementation of the contracts, the award of contracts in the system, the finished the registration and analysis of the remaining incomplete orders. Taking the necessary steps to the remedy;
监督生产进程和完成订单的质量，订单系统，登记完成量和分析剩余不完整订单。采取必要的措施补救；
5. Cooperation with other departments on the continual improvement and optimization of the production process ;

6. Documentation management (training, updates) ;

7. Supervision of compliance with the technological procedures and administrative procedures ;

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Mechanical background preferred; good communication skills.

2. Experience with the management team

3. User knowledge of the MS Office, IS SAP is preferred;
