Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Undertake facilities/utility maintenance independently, follow up new facility system/Clean room system, participate in and support installation, commissioning, acceptance and qualification. Write IQ\OQ\PQ documents for new facility system qualification if necessary, and execute inspection and test for related items like: temperature, humidity, pressure and related items. 2. Rich experience in team management and coordination ability, motivate and improve group atmosphere and lead the members to achieve specific goals 3. Write ISO documents for facilities/utility system to guide facilities operation/maintenance/stock of spare part control etc. 4. Issue maintenance and preventative maintenance plans for facility/utility and all related systems, execute it and keep the required records compliant and available. 5. Be responsible for an adequate reaction on abnormal conditions and emergencies, and keep compliant records of deviations and actions. Develop subordinates' skill and knowledge by on job coaching. 6. Coordinate with different departments to fulfill the facility objectives, such as new production line/equipment installation, new workshop’s expansion etc. 7. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualification & Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree, at least 3 years equipment working experience in optical/semiconductor factory, CET-4 or above. 2. Familiar with civil/clean room design, more than 3 years of team management experience. 3. Familiar with visual management, 5S and local SOP. 4.Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others. 5. Experience with problem analysis and resolution. 6. Able to develop long-term plans, programs and goals, to evaluate work accomplishments and provide effective feedback. 7. Experienced with ISO Quality and business process management. 8. Strong coordination, analysis, judgment, communication and troubleshooting skills. 9. Good communication and documentation skills in English and Chinese. Good command of AutoCAD and MS-Office, good computer skills. 10. Good sense of responsibility, good team work spirit, flexible. 11. Ability to handle multiple priorities and complex issues involving external and internal priorities.
