MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES / 主要职责: 1. Assisting with other departments (Workshop, Site Service Engineer, Product Application Engineer and HQ Technical Support) to find the root cause and improvement of products. 协助相关部门(车间、现场服务工程师、产品应用工程师、总部技术支持)寻找产品失效的根本原因和改进措施。 2. Investigate & analyze customer claim issues, judgment & verification of liability, closing review and follow up for the improvement progress. 客户抱怨问题的调查分析, 失效责任的判断与验证, 检查回顾以及跟进改善的进程。 3. Responsible for summarizing and analyzing nonconformity cause. Failure analysis reports prepared for abnormal failure. 对不良案例进行总结和分析,准备相关产品失效分析报告。 4. Responsible for formulation, modification and regular review of inspections standard, audit. 负责定期巡检、审查,制定并修改标准。 5. Be involved in and support the establishment and maintenance of Quality and EHS related system construction, and strictly implement the operation specifications required by the Quality and EHS related system. 参与、支持公司质量及EHS相关体系建设的建立和维护,严格执行质量及EHS相关体系所要求的操作规范。 6. Finish other work required by the Manager. 完成上级领导交办的其它工作任务。 REQUIRED Qualification / 岗位资格要求 1. Education background and working experience / 教育背景与工作经历: 83 Bachelor degree or above with mechanical / chemistry / electrical education background. 本科及以上学历,机械/化学/电气相关专业。 83 Minimum 3 years work experience related to quality management in mechanical / electrical. 3年以上机械/电气行业质量管理相关工作经验。 83 Experience to working on pump, valve, compressor and other international enterprises related work background. 具有泵、阀门、压缩机等外资企业相关工作背景。 2. Working Skill / 工作技能: 83 Good skill in English / Chinese communication. 能熟练运用英文和中文进行沟通。 83 Good learning ability and can handle work independently. 学习能力强,能独立工作。 83 Familiar with MS Office Appliances, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. 熟悉MS Office相关应用,包括Word, Excel, Powerpoint等。 3.
