MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES / 主要职责: 1. Direct focus on, responsibility for workshop EHS&ESG, drive, support office contact windows for office EHS&ESG. 负责车间EHS&ESG相关事宜，协助支持办公室EHS&ESG工作的推进。 2. Responsibility for ISO integrated management system, direct focus on workshop internal&external audit, support office contact windows for ISO internal&external audit. 负责ISO综合管理体系维护，负责组织应对车间、协助支持办公室内审与外审相关事宜。 3. External audits for workshops (customers…), support 8D related to product quality: coordination with internal & external teams. 应对客户审核，协调内、外部团队支持相关产品失效分析报告的完善。 4. Limited workshop LEAN (5S, white board…). 参与、支持车间相关5S、看板管理等精益生产的基础工作。 5. Finish other work required by the Manager. 完成上级领导交办的其它工作任务。
REQUIRED Qualification / 岗位资格要求 1. Education background and working experience / 教育背景与工作经历： 83 Bachelor degree or above with science and engineering education background. 本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业教育背景。 83 Minimum 1 year work experience related to quality or EHS management. 1年以上质量或EHS管理相关工作经验。 83 Experience to working on international enterprises related work background. 具有外资企业相关工作背景。
2. Working Skill / 工作技能： 83 Good command in oral English communication. 能熟练运用英语口语沟通。 83 Good learning ability and can handle work independently. 学习能力强，能独立工作。 83 Familiar with MS Office appliances, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. 熟悉MS Office相关应用，包括Word, Excel, Powerpoint等。
