ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / 主 要 职 责
1.Follow up on production schedules. Work together with relevant Dept. to make daily production plan and organized all resources to make it happen. 跟踪生产计划，.与相关部门一起制定日生产计划，并组织资源确保计划实施。
2.Ensuring that all work is carried out according to SOP’s / Instructions / Drawings, and that these are always up-to-date and continuously improved, in cooperation with Engineer. 确保工人按照作业指导书、图纸操作，在工程师的支持下不断更新和优化这些文件。
3.Operators and line leaders performance evaluation, training, skill development and evaluation, coaching. etc.负责生产线线长和操作工的绩效评估、培训、技能提高和评定、教导等。
4.Arrangement and implementation of factory and workshop layout (together with other Supervisors & immediate Manager).（与其他主管和直接经理一起）安排和实施工厂和生产车间的布局。
5.Implement Lean improvements & 5S in production执行生产过程中的精益改善和5S。
6.Report the key figures of production, to ensure high quality data that can support us in our continuous improvement work. Including ensuring that work orders are reported correctly and on time. 汇报关键生产数据，确保准确的数据来满足持续改善的需要，包括及时准确的工单记录。
7.Monthly KPI reporting and action for deviation & improvement. 月度关键绩效指标的报告及纠正、改善行动。
8.Cooperate with engineering and procurement to select and purchase the necessary equipments, tools & spare parts.和工程部、采购部合作选择和购买所需的设备、工具和备件。
9.Coordinate and implement maintenance and service activities for the factory and workshop. 协调并实施工厂、生产车间的维修和相关服务。
10.Support global warranty and other service activities.支持售后服务部及其他服务工作。
11.Ensure Novenco policies are known and implemented.确保员工知悉NOVENCO的政策并有效执行。
12.Co-ordinate with other departments, to ensure smooth production (engineers, procurement, buyers, planners etc.) 与其他部门（工程、寻购、采购、计划等）合作，确保生产计划的顺利执行。
13.Running cross functional projects (primarily across production / WHS but also cross organisational). 负责跨职能的项目，主要是生产和仓库之间，也包括部门之间。
14.Other tasks assigned by immediate manager.直接上司分配的其他任务。
15. Handling with all affairs relates to environment and safety. 环境安全及相关事务的处理。
JOB SPECIFICATIONS / 岗 位 资 格
1.College or above in engineering, preferably be major in IE.大学工程专业毕业，IE专业更佳；
2.3-5 years work experience in production area, small batch production experience is preferable..3－5年生产管理经验，小批量生产管理经验更佳；
3.Knowledge of similar industry/product is preferable.具备相关行业/产品知识更佳；
4.Good computer skills-ERP system, MS office.能熟练使用ERP系统和MS office；
5.Good knowledge of English.英文良好；
6.Strong communication skills.较强的沟通能力；
7.Good experience of 5S management良好的5S管理经验；
8.Result orientated and can work under high pressure结果导向并且有较强的抗压能力；
9.Good teamwork and people management skill.良好的团队精神和人员管理能力。
