Key Responsibilities: - Define the production processes (lay-out, process tools, process steps, takt-times, control plan, process KPI’s, etc). - Define possible improvements of production processes in order to decrease the overall product cost and to improve the performance/reliability of products. - Work together with Production, QA and R&D for trouble shooting. - Design jigs and testbench for production. - Define maintenance plan of tools to secure production continuity. - Develop and maintain work instructions. - Define training content and train the trainers. - Project management (timely delivery, cost control, etc) and govern change management. - Support the new product introduction and assure a seamless introduction of the NPI products into the mass-production flow. - Align and design new software tools with the processes in place. - Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Education: - Bachelor degree or above in engineering field.
Experience: - Minimum 3-5 years of the relevant experiences. - SAP experience priority.
Competencies: - PCBA analysis skill. - Strong communication & collaboration skills, be able to work effectively with the cross-functional teams. - Knowhow of reporting languages (Minitab/6 Sigma statistical analysis tool, quality tools, etc) - Knowhow of the standard Microsoft window programs (word, excel, access, power point, SQL server…)
